RADCI is dedicated to helping vulnerable women and young people to help and significantly improve their lives and that of their children.

Youth empowerment entails assisting young groups in developing their capacity and economic development.

The impediments that disproportionately affect women and girls are diverse. young women must be meaningfully involved in developing policies and programmes by addressing the inequalities within society.

Key Activities:

• Educating women and girls about their rights.
• Referring women who have experienced one or both types of GVC to advanced health treatment and legal recourse.
• Offering psychosocial support services, such as counseling, to women who have experienced one form or another of GBV.
• Strengthening advocacy for women’s protection structures in the community.
• Connecting girls with safe houses to keep them safe from FGM.
• Supporting efforts for women and youth social and economic empowerment
• Supporting initiatives to increase the participation of women and other marginalized populations in governance and political leadership.
